Our leaders are ex-consultants and accountants who have over 16 years’ experience working within industry and Big Four firms.
We began our careers in the UK and Ireland
before launching Lemon in Australia over 5 years ago.
We saw a gap in the market and knew we
could provide a better recruitment experience
to our customers given our experience working
in the industry.
We see ourselves as consultants, not recruiters.
Our goal has always been simple - to be relationship focused, adding long term value to our clients and candidates.
